At the end of June, Pierre-Lou went to the impressive Lofoten Islands. In addition to these breathtaking mountainous landscapes that plunge into the turquoise waters of the Norwegian Sea, the Lofoten Islands are home to many species during the nesting season.

Well advised by Pierre Jouannais to choose sites of observation, Pierre-Lou however had to shorten his stay because of a last-minute appointment with Jarmo Athinen, eagle ringer in Finnish Lapland!
